If you, as a job applicant, do not receive any interview call within 7 days of availing our services, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team within this timeframe to initiate the refund process. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will promptly process your refund request.

Refund Policy for Employers:

If you, as an employer, do not find any suitable candidate even after conducting interviews with at least 20 applicants through our platform, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply reach out to our support team within 7 days of the interview process completion, and we will initiate the refund process promptly.

Conditions:

  1. Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe mentioned above to be eligible for consideration.
  2. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
  3. Once the refund is initiated, it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  4. JOBNEST reserves the right to verify the eligibility of refund requests and may require additional information from the requester.
